From the management to my typical work day, I very much enjoyed working at Starbucks. Each manager I had encountered at different locations other than my main one were all great. I worked with energetic, kind people, and I always enjoyed serving customers (especially my regulars). A typical day consists about 6-8 hours of work, rushes of customers in the morning and afternoon, and it's normally non-stop. I learned a great deal of patience, multi-tasking skills, and my customer service and communication skills improved so much. The hardest part of the job are of course the busiest days when we have rushes of customers, but as a team we push through it. The most enjoyable part of the job has to be helping the customers, and my coworkers come a close second.
