A typical day at Pizza Hut was a pretty nice place to be. I generally stocked the wings, and sandwich preparation stations in the morning. Helped prepare the morning pizzas for buffet when they were coming out of the oven, and took deliveries throughout the day. I helped answer customer phone calls, and helped people get the food/things that they needed.

I learned the area where I delivered around better. More about different cash register operating systems. Effective ways of preparing pizza, and how pizza places can operate.

I loved my management & the job itself until towards the end of my employment, when they brought in a new store manager.

My co-workers were fun, cool, friendly people. I got along with everyone!

The hardest part was the end dealing with my new store managers disagreements, and changes on the job.

The most enjoyable thing was driving to different customers houses, and delivering their pizza(s) to them!
Pros
The fun people, the good attitude of the store, the work itself.
Cons
Changes in management, complaints.

Everyone does super well when they feel it is needed. They work well together but get super super busy, and when that happens it can be quite chaotic.

Pizza Hut was a good place to work at. Most of the manager staff was friendly. Higher ups and owner were very respectful. General manager, not so much. She was very rude, unprofessional, and discriminative. She was very knowledgeable of her job though.

Not a horrible place to work. Job is easy, not very stressful except when employees don't show up and you have to wear multiple hats. Schedule is ok, but there is always favoritism. Overall good first time job.

The management was a drug addict, the workers were lazy. The pay is subpar and the people were the worst. NEVER WORK HERE. The people do not care about customers and I have seen disturbing things for the food industry.

Overall it was a fast paced wok environment that offered little advancement. Management could be a little shaky a times but nothing to far out o the ordinary. I would work there again in the future if possible.

Love the place I work but unfortunately need to make more money as tips are not there due to the times of the world. Great people to work for. Love the actual job. Love the people I work with.

What can I say other than it was my first job. It paid my Bill's and kept me afloat at the time. Loved the people I worked with. Disliked the job. There is room to grow should you pit the effort in.

Don't work here. If you are driver and not the "team captain" or whatever they call it, you average less than 18 hours per weeks. Most shifts being no more than 5.5 hours a day. You are not paid $10-15 an hour so please keep this in mind. You are paid $8.$5 and some change on the road and $8.80 in the store. They have yiu cook the pizza, the wings, do the dishes, and clean up after everyone. The cooks literally stand in one spot all day unless they are on they're phones. Tips average $30 a day because you are splitting it between 2-4 other drivers. If you want to support your self, do not work here. If you live with your parents or have a disability and want to buy a new pair of shoes every week this is the job for you.
Pros
$1 personal pan pizza pie and a drink, employee discount, cash in hand at the end of every shift.
Cons
small pay checks, ignorant management, low mileage returns, alleviating every store role, no Covid-19 in store practices, Did I mention, low pay?

Nothing was horrible, it was a decent job with decent pay. Nothing too hard for you to do or to lift. There was usually a list that you needed to do before you left and that was cool.

Very high-paced work environment. Most customers were pleasant, but some were unreasonable and could not be pleased. Working as a Shift Lead, I was expected to be able to work an opening shift, day shift, or closing shift. Hours were always flexible, depending on business. The hardest part of the job was being able to work in a fast paced environment, while also being understaffed, usually. Though, the best part of the job was the opening shifts. Getting to come in in the morning when nothing was happening, getting prep done with little interruption, and mornings are always much less busy. My coworkers were typically lively and fun, though sometimes there were hires that fell below an acceptable standard, which dragged things down a bit. But, that was a minority of cases, luckily. I learned a lot about time management, customer service, food prep, and working at an expedited rate.

Great co-workers who were responsible as well as encouraging. We all loved working together but there was always a visible difference between us and the majority of the managers there.

My mother was actually a previous manager here before I started working here and for that reason I knew a lot about the job and how to do and handle things before I started working there. It wasn't so much as THE JOB it was the workers and managers that would make you really dislike the job.

I enjoyed working there but the pay was not worth all the work I would do. I would be doing something for my entire shift. I would go home tired almost everyday. Would work 20+ hours a week and my check would be less then $300

the ads and posters that talk about pay and raise structure are never followed they 0ay their employees minimum wage and any salaried positions are treated as free labor many locations will cut hours just for not coming in on a day off out of 17 stores i had never seen a location organized and functioning properly many cost cutting measures are taken
