Very high-paced work environment. Most customers were pleasant, but some were unreasonable and could not be pleased. Working as a Shift Lead, I was expected to be able to work an opening shift, day shift, or closing shift. Hours were always flexible, depending on business. The hardest part of the job was being able to work in a fast paced environment, while also being understaffed, usually. Though, the best part of the job was the opening shifts. Getting to come in in the morning when nothing was happening, getting prep done with little interruption, and mornings are always much less busy. My coworkers were typically lively and fun, though sometimes there were hires that fell below an acceptable standard, which dragged things down a bit. But, that was a minority of cases, luckily. I learned a lot about time management, customer service, food prep, and working at an expedited rate.
