There was an interview? I applied online for work at home. They are very unorganized because I was receiving emails stating that HR is in the process of reviewing my assessment, but I had not even did an assessment yet. Their hiring process has several steps and they are so unorganized to the point that I was getting emails to complete, for example- step 4 when I had not done step 2 and 3. Anyhooow, I never had an interview unless you consider them asking if you want part time or full time. I know I only wanted part time so the only other question was "do you want part time 20-25 hours per week or 25-29 hours per week?" That wasn't an interview.
The schedule sucks!!!!!! I was told to do other things around my out of work life, I have a child and still in school they preach about “adherence” every day but no one ever shows up because you’re treated like a slave training was the only fun part for me it was a set schedule but once you get on production floor you get whatever they throw at you.
And I worked at Convergys there was a girl sitting next to me that if I did anything wrong annoyingly should be reported to the supervisor well then you know the supervisor come and talk to me about it but then I didn't know what she was talking about cuz it be a later day or two but every time I turned around anything that I said that was wrong the girl leaned over to the supervisor's desk and and snitched on you. And the supervisor would come behind me and stand there for 30 minutes or so while I was taking phone calls it was a very uncomfortable the supervisor said to be when when she got to fire me that she was glad that I wasn't saying that she was trying me because of my age
It depends on which project you work for. But generally, it's difficult customers and meeting your metrics. The metrics you're expected to meet vary by project and should be discussed in your interview.
